Nigeria’s commitment to harnessing the potential of its youth, investing in education and advancing smart agriculture are deliberate strategies to tackle global and domestic challenges.
State House Correspondent Abdurrahman Jibrila Reports that Vice President Kashim Shettima stated this at a Financial Times Global Risk Roundtable at the ongoing 2025 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
He observed however that while crises abound, they also present opportunities for nations to rebuild stronger, while reaffirming Nigeria’s resolve to embrace innovation.
Vice president Shettima expressed Nigeria’s dedication to provide for her population instead of depending largely on foreign aid.
He called for multilateral collaboration to address global challenges including conflicts and humanitarian crisis.
