San Turakin Paiko
…as a top aide gets turbaned
The Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, H.E Timipre Sylva, congratulates Hon. Farouk Umar on his recent turbaning as San Turakin Paiko and Sardaunan Fulani in Paiko, Niger State.
Sylva, while addressing Pressmen described Hon. Farouk as a “worthy man and an enthusiastic custodian of our culture.”
“I have no doubt,” Sylva continued, “that Hon. Farouk will fit well in these very esteemed and very exalted positions of leadership.”
Farouk is the Senior Special Assistant to the Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources and a key player in the country’s oil and gas industry.
