In a move that has sparked controversy, Rivers State Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (retd.), has appointed administrators for the 23 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of the state, despite a court order restraining him from doing so. The announcement was made by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Ibibia Worika, in a Special Government Announcement issued early Wednesday morning.
