Yesterday, the Honourable Minister of Power, Engr. Abubakar D. Aliyu presented a 50MW generating licence to the GCEO NNPC Limited Mallam Mele Kyari for the Maiduguri Emergency Power Project (MEPP). The project is meant to generate electricity for the Borno state capital & its environs.
