The House of Representatives has confirmed the appointment of Lt. Gen. Olufemi Oluyede as substantive Chief of Army Staff of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Lt. Gen. Oluyede’s confirmation by the House follows his screening by an ad hoc committee which submitted its report that was ratified at the Committee of the Whole.
