Hajia Saadatu Sani Musa Honored for Empowering Women and Alleviating Poverty in Rural Nigeria

In a glittering ceremony held at the Mariam Babangida Women Development Centre, Hajia Saadatu Sani Musa, a prominent philanthropist and the founder of the Future Pathways Foundation, was conferred with the prestigious Africa Distinguished Leadership Award of Excellence. The accolade celebrates her exceptional contributions to women’s empowerment, girl child intervention initiatives, and poverty reduction efforts in rural communities across Niger, Nasarawa, and the FCT.

Represented by Future Pathways Foundation Media Advisor Abdullahi O Haruna, the event, which also featured the unveiling of the 2024 Edition of the Africa Business and Industrial Directory brought together influential figures from diverse fields, including scholars, technocrats, politicians, academicians, and business leaders, fostering discussions on the African Continental Free Trade Agreement and the pivotal role of African women.

Expressing gratitude, Hajia Saadatu dedicated the award to her husband, Sen. Sani Musa, acknowledging his unwavering support. She pledged to redouble her efforts in serving humanity, reaffirming her commitment to transformative philanthropy.

Also honoured by the ECOWAS International Business Directory were Dr. Asabe Valita Bashir, Director General of the National Center for Women Development, Hajia Aisha Gana, former Commissioner Niger, HE Doorshima Grace Kumbur, Founder Falcons Group amongst others.
