The economic and financial crimes commission, EFCC hands over the sum of more than one hundred and thirty thousand dollars and seventy million, six hundred and two million naira to the governments of the united states, Spain and Switzerland.
Among the items handed over includes a mercedes benz and a bungalow in Unguwan Rimi, Kaduna which was said to be as a result of intelligence report which led to investigation and subsequent recovery of the monies and items.
Handing over the restitution documents to the representative of the various governments, the chairman of the commission attributes the gesture to the commitment of the Nigerian government in fighting financial and economic crimes.
