The Group Managing Director of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Mele Kolo Kyari, has done an extraordinary job and recorded a lot of achievements since assuming office.
His long term friend and close ally, Alhaji Bala Isah Alfa, said this in an exclusive interview with The Reporters Magazine.
He mentioned openeness of the NNPC books for the first time in 34 years as well as the transparency and accountability he instituted in the Corporation as landmark achievements.
According to Bala, the reposition of NNPC into a profit making company for the first time is also one of the achievements of Kyari-led management.
- He also listed automation of NNPC operations, improvement of upstream sector and the institution of Train 7 as some of the achievements.
